Refund/Returns Policy

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM & NEED A RETURN?
No problem! Please contact us within seven days of delivery
We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible* 
Please contact us within seven days of delivery at EventMonkey@hotmail.com
with a clear image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours with the link to create a free returns label.
We unfortunately can not offer an exchange on returned items. 

All items and associated packaging must be returned in the condition they were received. 

Include in your parcel a note which states your your full name, telephone number and address, along with the description for the items you are returning. 

You do not need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account. 
*Faulty, inflated balloons cannot be refunded due to the possibility of user error.
